Finding guides and choosing the page language
This short note explains how to reach the guides on visanow.ai and how to read the page-language menu. It covers public website navigation only.
Finding the guides
- In the site navigation, select Guides. The link points to the address /#guides.
- The same navigation also offers How it works and FAQ.
As an illustrative example, not a real customer story: a reader sitting outdoors on a park bench opens the Guides link on their phone to get to the guides.
Choosing the page language
We checked the How it works page on 22 October 2026 (UTC). Its page-language menu listed English as the current page. It marked Русский (Russian) with the note “перевод пока недоступен” and Українська (Ukrainian) with the note “переклад поки недоступний”. Both notes mean that a translation is not yet available. This describes that one page at that time. It does not show whether other pages are translated, and they may differ.
The same page states that chat language can be selected separately in Emily. We have not tested the chat, so we cannot confirm how this works. Do not assume that changing the website language will change the chat language.
